Torta sa kroasanima

Potrebno je:
- 300 gr. plazme
- 2 velike kese kroasana sa čokoladom
- 2 pudinga od vanile
- 100 gr. čokolade za kuvanje
- 200 gr. eurokrema
- mleka
- brašno
- šećer
- 2 margarina
- 200 gr. šećera u prahu
U 1,2 l mleka skuvati 2 pudinga sa 10 kašika brašna i 10 kašika šećera. kada se dobro ohladi spojiti sa 2 margarina i šećerom u prahu. Potom podeliti na dva dela, u jedan deo staviti istopljenu čokoladu.
Plazmu potapati u mlako mleko i ređati na tacnu. Preko plazme ide crni fil. Kroasane umakati u mleko i ređati ih preko fila. Sa žutim filom popuniti rupe između kroasana, pa premazati preko. Preko toga namazati eurokrem, i odozgo tri šlaga.
